One of the highlights of Connor's 5th grade year in elementary was the celebration party at the end. The WoodCreek PTA did an AMAZING job planning and executing the party with so many FUN details. The celebration was held at our local LifeTime Fitness health club in the outdoor pool and slide area. We had endless snacks, drinks, pizza, prizes, a photo booth, and even a CANDY BAR which was all the rage! The 5th graders were beside themselves with excitement all night long.
I was lucky to get a volunteer spot at the Candy Bar table, and I had so much fun watching the kids' excitement when they were able to fill up their bags with all that sugar. Connor was truly in heaven, ha!
The parent volunteers and 5th grade teachers alike were all smiles from seeing the kiddos enjoy themselves and let loose after their hard work all year long. What an amazing celebration and great way to celebrate our awesome 5th graders!
