Below are some random photos and updates from the summer/fall 2015 to continue my quest in getting caught up.
We don't see much of the older boys these days, but Kevin made a visit last summer for his birthday. |
We never pass up an opportunity for a Nestle cookie cake. Kevin wanted a piece with his name! |
Last fall, after dropping the kids at school, I was greeted back home by a beautiful rainbow right over our house! |
Sharing lunch with Kaitlynn at school after a morning of volunteering in her classroom. Love my girl! |
The grapefruit tree in our backyard is now producing fruit in a BIG way. Grandaddy loves it! |
Connor and his buddies Timothy and Benjamin at a parents day out event. |
Kaitlynn's new obsession: kittens! This beauty is Charlotte, the Aasmyr's new cat. Precious!! |
The Courtright/Aasmyr kiddos dressed for church. Precious! |
Love to capture these cuddles. I wonder how much longer I'll be able to fit both kids in my lap?? |
Totally random. The kids wanted a pic with Andy the Armadillo at Texas Road House one evening for dinner. |
Connor's buddy hosted a paintball party for his birthday. I loved this pic of the boys and had a tough time figuring out which one was Connor! |
Shopping trip with Dad and Connor ended up on his shoulders. I had to take a picture because I doubt this will happen again?! |
Kaitlynn lost her front tooth! |
A sunset canoe ride in the lake behind our house. So pretty! |
Kaitlynn's checklist for Jeff before his Watch Dog Dad day. |
Kaitlynn was so excited to have Jeff as her classroom Watch Dog at school. |
Kevin and Kaitlynn completing a puzzle. |
One of our many cold, rainy games last fall. |
But this one gave us a pretty sunset. |
Game time! |
Connor participated in a spelling bee at his elementary school last fall. He didn't make it far but we were SO proud of his efforts. He memorized the spelling of over 250 difficult words! |
Playing "go fish" at a fun sleepover. |
Breakfast time. |
Jeff taking some time to fish with his girl. |
What a sweet moment between these two. |
