Toward the end of August, summer was winding down and we took advantage of some outings with the kids as Jeff and I had to divide and conquer our busy schedules.
With school underway, Connor was honored to be recognized among his peers as a group of students who earned the top score on their AP World History exam from the prior school year. Amazing job!
In late August, I was excited to finally see Michelle and Julie again to catch up while we celebrated Michelle's birthday.
And at the end of August, the Courtright crew kicked off yet another disappointing season of our Houston Texans. You know the season is off to an auspicious start when you have trouble even giving away the tickets. Ha! Thank goodness for family and great friends to commiserate!
