Shortly after Kaitlynn made the 8C volleyball team, it was already time for their first game! Jeff and I were so excited to see our girl in action, and Connor was able to tag along as well. Volleyball was a new experience for us and we knew nothing about the game, player roles, rules, and even the crowd dynamic- all of which we would get a crash course at this first game. With the bleachers packed, it was such an exciting atmosphere for the girls. We really enjoyed watching Kaitlynn as a setter in the game. She performed well and was a great asset for her team. We couldn't wait to see what the rest of the season would hold for our 8C rookie!
