Daddy (Brother) Daughter Dance

About a week after Jeff returned to Dubai, the elementary school held their annual Daddy Daughter Dance. We knew in advance that Jeff wouldn't be able to attend, so we asked another special man in Kaitlynn's life if he would be willing to take her to the dance. Kevin stepped right up and agreed to be Kaitlynn's date for the fun night. Kaitlynn and I picked out a cute dress and accessorized with a headband, belt, and cowgirl boots. LOVED her look for the night!

Oh my goodness, the cuteness!! Soon, Kevin arrived to escort Kaitlynn to the dance. He had dressed up for the part and cleaned up nice. I wasn't sure if he knew what to expect, so I informed him about the various activities at the dance including the photo booth and candy buffet. Then I told him that Kaitlynn would likely want to stay the entire time until they kicked everyone out for the night, but that he didn't have to stay if he didn't want to. To which he responded, "We'll stay as long as Kaitlynn wants to stay." Awwwww! Just melted my heart! What a lucky girl Kaitlynn is to have such sweet and loving big brothers.
