The end of the school year is always a super busy time, but none as busy as that of a graduating senior! The last day of classes for seniors seemed to be a whimper instead of a bang, but I made sure to snap a quick photo of Connor, who happened to be wearing his Mathnasium work t-shirt for his very last day of high school.
The graduation parties for all of Connor's friends were so fun to attend. It seemed like we had a party to attend every day for a full week, and sometimes multiple parties in the same afternoon. We were thrilled to recognize these special friends, some that we've known since they were infants. How crazy to be here all these years later!
Another fun event for the graduating seniors was Senior Sunset, where they are able to unwind with games, prizes, and food while hanging out together one last time. I tagged along with Connor at the start of the event, and I looked around and said to him, "This is probably the last time you'll ever see and hang out with many of these kids." It was a crazy realization but we all know how it goes after graduation. It was another beautiful evening and special celebration for Connor and his fellow students.
And as if the month weren't busy enough, we were in the middle of cheer tryouts for the next season of all star cheer. It's an exciting time of meeting new friends and joining new workout groups for the upcoming season ahead. There is NO break in all star cheer, and Kaitlynn was excited and hopeful for her team placement with Spartans and the new season ahead.
