While on the road trip to Panama City Beach, Connor was able to join the Duffeys and another fellow teammate Trent on a campus tour of Louisiana State University (LSU). They had arranged a walking tour along with the admissions session, but they ended up having to walk campus themselves wearing ponchos due to the rainy weather all morning. That didn't stop the fun for these boys - they really enjoyed learning all about the LSU experience and seeing the campus up close and personal. His favorite thing about the tour was seeing the live tiger mascot, so cool! While Connor thought LSU was really neat, overall he didn't see himself interested in moving to Louisiana and attending LSU for college. I told him that this is why it's so important to visit schools in person, to figure out if it was a fit or not. College visit #2 was officially in the books!
