I found a collection of photos with Jeff, and it seemed only fitting to continue the "busy winter" series (ha!) of blog posts. Of course, the main thing keeping Jeff busy is the fact that he is the primary chauffer for our 2 kiddos and their ridiculously packed schedules. Despite the fact that the kids are in school all day, he feels like he barely pulls in the garage before needing to take off again to pick up one kid or the other for the next commitment. It's a rare moment in between activities where we get to relax at home - always calling for some couch cuddling or wrestling with the kids.
With all the driving he was doing to get the kids where they needed to be, Jeff had been rethinking the fact that he was using his lifted, gas-guzzling Toyota truck to perform Dad duties like carpool. With my new Expedition, we now had an extra vehicle and Jeff decided that he no longer needed his big truck. He enlisted Kevin to help him sell the truck, but not before we all snapped some final selfies. We will definitely miss this Tundra - it was an awesome truck!
During the winter, Jeff also took the opportunity to take a couple of weekend trips. In addition to his visits to his Lake Travis property in Spicewood, he also flew out to Colorado on Super Bowl weekend for a fun guys trip with lots of poker and skiing. They only managed a single photo, but he had a blast with his buddies.
