Not to be outdone by her older brother, Kaitlynn hit a big school milestone this year as well. She is now in Pre-K!! Poor Kaitlynn has been SO ready to start her "new school" ever since we moved. We would drive by the school on various occasions and she didn't understand why she just couldn't go there already! I think we were both a little apprehensive about how things might be different at the new preschool, His Kids at Second Baptist Church in Katy. So when it was time for Meet The Teacher at her school, we were SO excited!

Walking into the preschool lobby, we were full of anticipation. We took a couple of pictures and walked slowly down the preschool hall looking for Kaitlynn's classroom.

We were the first ones to arrive in Ms. Jill and Ms. Valerie's classroom. They greeted us with smiles and Kaitlynn immediately became shy and clingy. We chatted a bit about various things, and Kaitlynn began to warm up. Pretty soon, she was back to her normal self and felt right at home in her classroom.
