Kickoff to Summer

This was our first full week since our summer began and, boy, have we kicked it off in a big way! It's going to take me a while to post about all our fun this week, but in the meantime here are some pictures from the start of our summer fun. We visited the beach in Galveston last week when Jeff's friend, Bob, and Bob's wife, Denise, were in town. It was the perfect way to kick off the summer!

We have been swimming in our pool nonstop, sometimes by ourselves and often with friends and neighbors. The kids are already rocking their summertime tans, ha!

We were lucky enough to be invited to Kaitlynn's best friend's house recently for an afternoon swim and play date. Anais and her younger sister Amelia were such fun playmates, and even Connor had a blast playing with all the girls. The kids swam, jumped on the trampoline, played in the yard and with Mack the dog, and even enjoyed ice cream treats. Kaitlynn and Anais just couldn't be any cuter together!
