Yesterday was Connor's last day of preschool. You could tell without even knowing it was the last day because all the teachers had a spring in their step and all the Moms were trying not to cry. (Myself included.) Ha!
The younger classes like Connor's sang in the program for the graduating students who are moving up to kindergarten. The older kids were so cute in their blue graduation gowns! You can't see Connor in this picture but here is a shot of all the kids during the graduation program.
Connor's class enjoyed a end-of-year pizza party with ice cream before school was dismissed for the day. Anything with sprinkles is a hit with him.
I really wanted to get a picture of Connor with his 2 teachers, Mrs. Guerrero and Ms. Sheri, but in typical Connor fashion he did not want to cooperate. He finally agreed when we let Kaitlynn be in the picture, too.
Happy summer, y'all! Here's hoping us Moms can keep our sanity until school starts again this fall! :-)

The first of many graduations to come! LOL!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun last day for the kiddos! Didn't the school year go by so fast? Not to rub it in but Jacob has one more week!!! YEA! I do feel a little nervous about keeping him entertained this summer. But thank goodness to Vacation Bible School, My Gym, more swim lessons and other little things I've been trying to plan to keep us busy! Should be interesting to say the least! :)
ReplyDeleteGlad he enjoyed his last day! The swimming pool in your backyard might help make the days go by quickly. :-) I hope you guys find lots of fun stuff to do to stay busy!
ReplyDeleteHow cute they wear gowns for graduation.....
ReplyDeleteIf I know you, you'll have all kinds of fun activities planned to keep him busy. I remember last summer right after you had K and you guys were out and about going here and there and everywhere. I just kept thinking, "How is she doing this?! I can't even manage to get a shower before noon!" If you could do it last year - in the height of sleep deprivation and learning to juggle - I know you can do it this year! Congrats to Connor for finishing up a great year. =)
